Matt Cerione lays down a sacrifice bunt, advancing Adam Fuller (who came in to run for Bryce Massanari) to second. This opened up first base and permitted the next batter, Robbie O'Bryan, to reach first base following a dropped third strike.







Lyle Allen hits an RBI single to left field, scoring Adam Fuller and tying the game up 4-4.



With one out and runners on first and second, David Thoms reaches first (and advances to third) on a throwing error by the pitcher; Steve Esmonde (pictured below) and Lyle Allen score, giving Georgia a 6-4 lead. Esmonde was pinch running for Robbie O'Bryan, who reached base following a dropped third strike.
